Can I come over to view the items?

Can I place my orders directly to someone without using the website?

Why must I key in my address when choosing pickup (self-collection)?

Sorry, we can't remove address fields. The reason for this is because the website's checkout is a secured page and address fields are required for staying PCI (Payment card industry) compliant.

How soon will out of stock (oos) items be restocked?

Thank you for your interest in our items! It may take up to six weeks for items to be back in stock once they become sold out. Feel free to check with us to confirm if items will be restocked or discontinued.

Some items are cheaper on other e-shopping platforms, why are you selling them at higher prices?

Customers reserve the right to choose their preferred sellers.

If you receive damaged or incorrect items, we will investigate quickly and where applicable, we will do a replacement promptly for you. If a replacement item is not available, we may issue a refund by PayNow instead.
