Shipping, Pick-up and Return Policy

Shipping (Delivery) Policy

• S$10 doorstep delivery (receive within two - four working days).
• Delivery will be made from 9am - 9pm. If there is no one home to receive, package will be placed at an appropriate place outside the door and we will send a photo for proof of delivery.
• No deliveries will be made on Sundays, Hari Raya Puasa & Hari Raya Haji and these are deemed non-working days.
• Re-delivery fee of S$10 may apply for subsequent delivery should there be an error in the delivery address provided or unsuccessful delivery. 
• Should you require specific date/time delivery, we can make a booking via Lalamove or Grabexpress. Rates will be as charged by these companies.
• Free delivery for purchases above S$120 (non-time specific delivery).
• We do not deliver to airports, military facilities, hotels, P.O Boxes and islands in Singapore.
• We currently do not ship internationally.

Pick-up (Self-collection)

Items can be ready for pick-up within 24 hours once payment has been made. Please contact us to make an appointment for pick-up from Simei Street 1.

Return Policy

All sales are final. If you receive damaged or incorrect items, we will investigate quickly and where applicable, we will do a replacement promptly for you. If a replacement item is not available, we may issue a refund by PayNow instead.
